I was pulled over and the officer told me I was doing 70mph in a 55, which I didn't believe I was doing. I then asked to see the radar. It showed 69 (which I still do not think I was doing). I asked why he wrote the ticket for 70, when the radar did not say 70. He had no reasoning and told me that if I had such a problem I could see him in court. I then asked if I could take and picture of the radar, he let me and it shows 69 very well (which I guess I could have lived with, because it's a lesser fine and a lesser offense) What should I do? Are there any laws about falsified documents like that? I have a CLEAR picture of the 69 on the radar and a couple pictures of him holding the radar gun (also, when I was taking the pictures, he held the radar directly in the car's inside light so it wouldn't be clear and I told him I couldn't get it, and he goes "That's your problem, not mine" I finally cupped my hand over the radar gun and took a good clear picture. The ticket says 70 though and the officer even knew this. What should I do? Also, I was not rude to him in any way! This is also the first time I have EVER been pulled over.

Okay, I'm a heart patient. I've had several open heart surgeries (to replace valves and stuff..I was born with 3 holes in my heart. The last surgery was almost 2 years ago, and there will be more to come.) I am not on any medicines now, because I'm doing really good. (The cardiologist told me this will be the healthiest I will ever be, I'll be 20 next month.) But, what I want to know is, if I could get my nose pierced. I have my once a year cardiology appointment and I'm going to ask her. Also, I already have the antibiotics, which I had my local physician call in for me. (2000mgs. The same amount I take before the dentist.) If you're a heart patient (not just a murmur, but like substancial heart problems.) and you've gotten yours pierced, how did it go? How did you heal? Any complications?

And if you don't have heart problems, if you could send me a link for an article on this subject, I'd appreciate it! I couldn't find many articles over heart patients and nose piercings :(

I have reddish brown hair and it's layered and shoulder length. I'm thinking of bleaching the top half, but I'm not sure of how it will look. Any thoughts? If you can find a picture, can you please post the link?

Okay, so my best friend is getting married and I'm the maid of honor. Well, she's called and told me that she's picked out the dresses (which I had no choice about nor have I even seen yet) and to rent the dress just for the day is $75 and she's wanting the bridesmaids to pay for it and everything else..

Is this usually how it works? I mean, I thought the bridesmaids would at least have some choice in the matter if she's going to have us pay for them. (Also, I'm a college student and don't even have a full time job, she knows this.)
