  • Exactly what kind of irritablility do you get from an Iron Deficiency?

Lately it seems like I've been very irritable. I get mad and upset quit easily and I've been crying at the drop of a hat. My husband is getting worried that I'm about to have a metal breakdown. I've been trying to figure out why I'm like this because I don't think I'm depressed. I don't seem to have lost interest in activities or anything like that; I just get upset easily. Anyway, I've been doing some online research (dangerous, I know) and I've discovered that I seem to have a lot of symptoms of Iron Deficiency. I wouldn't normally consider this possible because we have very hard well water that is loaded with iron, but a few months ago we switched to bottled water for drinking. It was also a couple months ago that I started feeling like this. I guess my big question, hopefully to someone who has experienced the deficiency, is whether my mental symptoms sound like the same irritability that comes with Iron Deficiency or not?

  • What might be causing my eyes to hurt?

My eye balls started to hurt about three days ago. This would last for a few minutes and then go away. Today it seems to have gotten much worse. It's been at least 3 hours now that they've been hurting and it's getting so bad that I'm seriously considering leaving work for the day. I'll try to describe the symptoms:

    - Burning.

    - Achy.

    - Eyes aren't dry, doesn't feel like allergies.

    - No discoloring of the eye.

    - No swelling.

    - No known contact with an irritant.

    - Feeling of pressure behind the eyes.

    - Hurts enough to make you wanna cry a little.

    Any ideas?

  • Odd question...what to do about a husband that can't objectify you?

This is going to sound completely bizarre, but my husband has problems objectifying me and this has hurt our sex life. Basically, he was brought up with a very strong mother and taught very well on how to respect women. This in itself is not a problem, but because of this he has a hard time seeing women just as sexual objects. So now you are asking yourself: why is she complaining?! I want a guy like that! Well, it's not all peaches and cream. Sometimes it would be very nice if he was able to see me as a purely sexual object and want to ravish me. Get it? So any suggestions on how to help him get over the respect and get to a point where he can not only love me and see me as the person I am, but also see me as a sex object once in awhile?
