I live in Canada, and added him to my bank account here.

Does his Ex-wife Lawyer has any right or any way to get info regarding my finances here? Or go after me financially?

We do not share any assets together, but his name is on my lease and on one checking account.

You take out messages form your cell phone voice mail, from a land line (a regular home phone); does it show on your mobile phone bill?

I have been living with my partner now for two and a half years. He has three kids from his first wife (all adults which he supports, and his ex wife is cared for generouly) and one child who is six years old from an affair he had with an exotic dancer in a foriegn country. He cares for this child, and has been supporting both the child and the mother now for seven years. He has not visited this child in two years and this September is going to for a week to see him, but he does not want to take me with him. Because he thinks the child is not ready to meet me just yet, since he hardly knows his own father (My partner).

What is your opinion as to how I should respond to this?

And he actually told me that the border officials photocopied all our documents, we are now on some list, or as one of the answer indicated "Flagged" his license.

Not that I do this often, but last night my fiance (Poor Dr. P) and I drove back from Canada to the United States.

I don't know what came over be, but as it is the border officials make me nervous, (I know I know, the are just doing thire job.)

Well, I had a few drinks and a bottle of juice mixed (heavilly) with vodka. which I kept on drinking on the way.

I got totally sick, pretty sure I puked on a few of the border ladies who were totally proffesional and nice. they waited for me in the bathroom, gave be a lacture on bad behaviour and pretty much sent us on our way.

Is there any record of this insident, and if so, would we have a problem crossing again? I mean, they let us cross to the states now, (Dr. P. was not drinking).

I have recently set up a studio in my boyfriends house in Up State NY. My works are showing at a local store. Today, I am meeting with a local company in hopes of starting my own web site. I am self employed, hiring locally, so, in effect I am assisting local economy by buying my supplies here. But what about generating income? Is it legal to sell my work here?

with regards to finding text logs on my computer, after I use the msn messenger, I know that some of the typed text is saved on my computer, but where?

What I mean is, if a person gets a new IP address for their home computer, will the old one still be traked down to them?

I am engaged to be married, but this evening my fiance went to his ex for traditional xmas eve dinner, his kids are in from out of town they are 23 and 25. I'm jewish and I was hoping that he will just pop there for an hour, make an apperance and come home, but it looks like he will stay out there for the whole meal... Should I go out by myself to the local bar, or will I just look pathetic? It's a small town so a lot of people know him, me, his ex... Should I keep a low profile and stay home?

My fiance is a very known Doctor in a small community. He was married for 27 years & now divorcing. His very controlling very angry ex wife made sure their three adult kids 18; 23; ;25, especially his daughter, sees me as the woman who destroyed the family. which is simply not the case. Their marrige was so bad they couldn't even fool the family pet. The community here embraced me and anyone I've met told me how glad they are that their favorite Doctor is with a woman who loves and takes care of him. I want to build a good relationship with his kids and make everything work out. It is very difficult at times, since his ex will not leave him alone, this divorce is not yet finalized & lookes like it will be quite a mess. He and I do live together in the same community. His practice is here. and I do not intend on hiding. I am sure we are ment to be. His ex wife is very verbally abusive, labelling me as a whore, so I try & do good PR when I can, so people will know me on my terms.
