And how long did it take you to build up a supply for storage feedings? I just started pumping last night and get about 3/4 oz- 1.5 oz and each pump session now 4 sessions. I need to build a supply for storage and am taking blessed thistle, fennel, fenugreek and prenatals in addition to a well balanced diet. I really am just wondering how long it will take to pump about 3 oz at each session?

I have the usual sneeze and cough and even laugh too hard and pee a little and then I change but lately even without straining of any sort my panties are always wet. It's clear and doesn't smell like pee and it's not like a discharge.I have to chane my panties like 4-8 times per day. Is this normal? I have a 2 1/2 year old son and this didn't happen with him. I have only put on 3 lbs total during this pregnancy so I just don't know why?

My fiance has super duper thick semen. Like you could throw it at the wall and it would stick all together like slime. I was just wondering if the thickness effects sperm count. We are planning to have a baby after we get married next year and were just wondering if we should be concerned with his swimmers well being. Does this mean he has a lot of sperm or a little bit. Can the sperm even swim out of that thick web of mess up the vaginal canal into me to get the egg to fertilize?

I am only a little late like 2 days.But I had some spotting yesterday for like a minute that was the lightest shade of pink. My pee smells weird. I am nauseous. I am tired. I have had cramps for 2 weeks that suck major, not like a period cramp or a gas or poop cramp. I am spacey and irritated but almost everything. I feel weird, on he inside. I feel weak. Loss of interest in food and drinks other than water. and tonight when I was doing the dishes the smell of the dish soap mixed with the dirty dishes made me want to vomit. I am constapated and only eat salad and wheat bread and chicken and drink water.

I have had spotting for less than a day. light pink in color. Cramps with pressure that last for about 5 mins and then go away. I don't feel like myself at all. Spacey, and irritable. Sensative to smells. I have been more tired than usual. Please serious answers only. I am kinda freaking out here.

Well were a young married couple who have hopes and dreams of having a big family. My husbands view of BIG is quite well, BBIIGG!!!! But that's not the issure were working out here it's that were trying and it's not working. We have a 15 month old son. He's lonely and needs a playmate. Oh okay can't blame it on him. Oh and I so don't want to hear that God's not ready to give us another child yet.

My friend cannot breastfeed at all. But she's having a baby and wants me to nurse her child to make sure that she get's the best nutrients. What should I say. I love to nurse and my son refused 4 months ago. I still have milk. Should I build up a supply and see what happens. Or tell my friend she's nuts?

I have a 14 m/o son and I stopped nursing at 10 mos. My milk's always been whitish/blue kinda watery like skim milk. My fiance and I are trying to concieve this is our first month trying. I was just playing around with the milk when...... It's yellowish and sticky like pregnancy and like colostrum. Could this be? Or does this just cound like my milks finally gonna dry up after all of this time? Any Breastfeeding mom's ever have this. Please help.

My insurance was taken away right before my 36 week prenatal appointment. This would be the appointment when I get my GBS screening and check of my cervix to see if theres any changes. I'm going nuts not knowing. I've also had complications such as high blood pressures. I'm in pain. I feel like the baby's head is banging against the top of my...ya know! I'm just so very miserable. I've got this constant headache and loose stools. Is it probabal to go and just get checked to know without insurance? I've applied for pregnancy medicaid they said they'll back date it because I don't have 4-6 weeks to wait for it to go though. It really sucks not having those end of pregnancy appointments. I was going every week when I lost my insurance. Please someone tell me what they think I should do!

Don't worry not trying to induce my own labor or anything. Just wondering. Just have a feeling that this baby is comming very shortly. I'm having really bad stomach cramps and the pressure is almost unbearable. Lot's of mucus, lost my plug like two weeks ago and just had continuous mucus since then. Lost my insurance last week and now just have to wait things out until it's time to go to the hospital. The baby is breach and has been for a long time. Probably c-section. Just was wondering if I do go into labor do you think they will stop it or just let it ride? I've heard that by 35 weeks the lungs are almost fully developed. At my last dr.'s appt at 33 weeks she told me he was around 5.5 pounds and 19 inches long. That would mean he's probably 6 pounds by now since that was two weeks ago. That's a good size right? The baby should be fine. I've heard of women having babied at 32 weeks and the baby only had to stay in the hospital for 2 weeks!

I am a member of s a pregnancy website that calculates important pregnancy dates like first conception, first heart beat, first movements, and viability. I have no idea what point of viability is. I'm 28 weeks pregnant and it says viability begins on January 3rd.

My underwear is wet all the time and it's not like a discharge. I haven't been having any signs of labor but I've heard of people leaking the fluids and they didn't know until they went to the doctors. My next appt. os the second. The baby moves a lot and I don't really look that pregnant. And since low fluid and tiny belly go hand in hand I just figured I'd ask. Like I said I'm always wet and not like a discharge. It's a clear fluid. The baby's sitting very low right on my pubic bone. I know I may be peeing myself but wouldn't I have an infection by now if I had urine sitting against my skin all the time?

Who comes up with this crap? a mass of tissue is a tumor. Since when is it that a hearbeat and a brain function and the ablility to move and react to sound and light what a tumor does? I just don't understand how "it's a fact that until a baby can survive on it's own" that "it's just a mass of tissue". Whombever came up with this term is sadly mistaken a cancer for a life! Who agrees with this? Medical doctors aknowledge a fetus as a living being. Some doctors don't believe in God at all. But they do believe in life. It's RESPECT! How did this happen? When did this happen?

The father of my baby is an alcoholic and I don't trust him to be alone with the baby ever! He knows that I don't trust him and he agreed to let me be there just in case. This baby means everything to me and if anything ever happened due to his lack of experiance I would kill him. He's 25 ad the youngest of 8 children. No experiance with babies. I'm the olderst of 7. When he drinks he blacks out and doesn't remember anything he says or does. He can't focus and he certainly won't be able to hold my baby or feed him or even change his diaper. And God forbid he ever tried to give the baby a bath while he's drunk. He can't stand when I cry how will he deal with the baby crying? I cannot trust this man to be alone with my baby. I want him to be involved, it's his son, and probably the only chance he'll ever have at having a child. I care about him being active, but I care about my son being taken care of first! I'm 27 weeks pregnant and I'm begining to think about my bith plan. I am no longer with the father of my baby but we do have a common interest in our son. Is it alright for him to be in the delivery room with me holding my hand and holding my leg? Should he cut the umbelical cord? Should he be this involved in touching me or should I just have him wait in the waiting room and have my mother there? I don't hate the father on my baby, I am very hurt by his decision to leave me pregnant and I know I have to get over that, but how involved should he be if we're not involved?

How do I help her get through this? I myself am pregnant as well and my 19 year old friend is happy for me and so angry with my other friend! Personally I think it's nasty for a 20 year old to be with a 51 year old man. What makes it worse is the 20 year old was a lesbian until she met that old man.
