Hello, I'm going to apply to med schools next spring, and I was just wondering if med students could answer any or all of the following questions:
What med school are you attending?
What score did you get on the MCAT?
Where did you go for your undergrad, and what was your GPA?
Do you like the school you're at?
Any advice in general?

What type of extracurriculars, volunteering, researching, jobs, etc. did you have?
1 AnswerHigher Education (University +)1 decade agoHELP me get into MED SCHOOL please!!?
I am a bio major with a 3.8 at a state school. I'm wondering what types of extracurriculars, volunteering, jobs, that med school students had which helped them to get accepted?
(I have orientation next week to start volunteering at an animal shelter which I plan to do weekly. Also, this summer I am an intern in the cosmetics R&D division of a chemical company [I didn't choose cosmetics, I was placed there]. I also plan to join Service for Peace, which is an organization with a chapter at my college that tries to promote peace and unity.)
I don't want to look like I'm doing too much and aren't fully committed to each thing I'm doing, but I don't know if this is enough. HELP!!
ps- I'm going into my junior year, so I really need to get some help with this, like now.
Any other tips concerning this are welcome
