My sister has been in the EU for the past 7 years and 2 years ago she moved in the UK.

She wants to start a degree of nursing at university but all of them refused her because she has not been in the UK enough. The universities told her that she needs to be in the UK for at least 3 years, but she has every single entry requirements that the university are asking and she is currently doing a LEaP course (or something like that) and they are still refusing her! So she phoned the UCAS and a really useful woman told her that is not always like that and that she needed to chek the NHS website to see the entry requirements, the point is that the website doesn't say anything about how many years you have to be in the UK to start a nursing course at uni. So her question is: how many years do you have to be in the uk for entering a nursing degree course in a university? because uni say a thing and the NHS website say another thing so any answer will be really useful thank you
