sounds like fans is still running when engine turned off or waiting at junctions. Heating up very quickly....cools down when heating turned up (which becomes very hot)

I have very sensitive skin and can't use bleaches, creams or wax. Any other ideas ?

I have been to my GP many times with this, keep getting creams last few times antibiotics which work but days after course is finished it comes back. On waiting list to see dermatologist but its taking forever.

Any advice on how to get rid/control it at least ?

I am a tad overweight and need to be broken into it gently any ideas?
