I am a cheerleader and I was doing a round-off-backhandspring-tuck and in my backhandspring i felt a huge pain in my wriste. Then two days later a bump appeared right were i hurt my wriste. My coach said it is a swollen tendon and will go away. But its been two weeks and it is still there! I'm kind of getting worried because i cant put any presser on it with out it hurting like crap! And I'm scared to tumble on it because i dont know what has happened it it.
