I,ve steamed and used the sauna often, but have often wondered what exactly are the physiological pluses to each? Is there a ratio of calories consumed in each, as is in all other heat exchanges..ie excercise? I have been battling with an old bank of mine to have them help me send proof to the big three credit report groups,concerning stolen checks that were cashed some time ago. They are of no help. which is why they are an old bank of mine. I have copies of all the checks, and a police repor.... talk about no mid level guts...Any way.. I think the arguement that carbon dioxide being emitted into the Ozone by internal combustion engines is a "principle" factor for global warning may be misleading... It would seem that 6 billion +/- homosapiens would produce more CO2 than any amount of internal combustion engines on earth today. And.. If all the exhaust co2 (Y) were eliminated from the equation.... The rising mathmatical curve of co2 being introduced to the atmosphere would be come "hazardous"at some point in the near future anyway. (population increase formula). The elimination of that quantity of co2 will not be a relative factor in the end result. The end result being, The amount of co2 required to be introduced into the atmosphere to raise the global temperature 2 degrees . Therefore, isn't the problem the overpopulated colony...as it usually is in biology.? The curve will reach that intersection of points as our numbers exponentialy increase regardless o

Asleep at the wheel is one of the best groups to go see for a good time... I used to catch them in Wichita Ks for the River Festival every May...... but haven't heard anything about them in some time...Those boys know how to make a warm Spring afternoon in the park rock. What amazing talent...Thought I'd throw that out there for the pros....Thnx
