Almost 5 year old wakes every night...How do I stop this?
Here is the deal...I have an almost 5 year old and she wakes up every night around 1am sometimes up to 3 times per night. She calls for me and just wants to say "I love you" or ask if my eyes are closed. Sounds cute til you are the one that's sleep deprived! There is no fear, or crying (unless I don't answer). I have explained that we all need our sleep at night and she can wait til morning to say she loves me. We have a bed time routine and bed time is never an issue. Her identical twin sleeps all night every night. Help please....
