  • E-Machines desktop computer wont do anything when I turn on desktop... HELP!!!?

    My friend has an E-Machines desktop and was running very slow so she got a program called Fix-It loaded disc installed it and ran it letting it do what it needed to do. After doing this it still ran very slow. So we went in and took out all the programs she never uses etc... Still ran slow. So we ran the scandisk and a defrag.
