How to understand the intuitive of multiplication and division in some physics formulas?
For example, the magnetic flux is defined as
Flux = BAcos(angle) (Tm^2)
Why is it the product of B and A. What does the multiplication of T and m^2 suggest.
Also, for B = flux/A. What is the meaning of division here. Why is per area squared and what does it suggest.
I am really confused here with the product and division and I hope someone can clear this.
2 AnswersPhysics1 year agohow much energy is produced in one fission and one fusion.?
I know that in fission its about 200Mev, but how do you get that number. I got 1782.9 Mev or 7.59Mev/nucleon. plz helppp
1 AnswerChemistry7 years agoHow does nuclear fusion produce more energy than nuclear fission, I'm a bit confused. PLLZZZZ HELLPPPP?
Ok for nuclear fusion, helium, i have calculated the energy to be 28.37 MeV (7.0925 mev/nucleon), and for nuclear fission, uranium 235, i have calculated the energy to be 1782.9 Mev (or 7.59 Mev/nucleon).
so clearly nuclear fission shows more energy released than nuclear fusion, just by a tiny. but, i thought nuclear fusison produces more energy than fission. someone plz help

This question is in sequence to the previous one, ill write that down as well. Anyway this question states. What speed will the 73 kg skydiver reach two seconds after exiting the plane? in your answer develop a general equation of velocity (v) for any Time (t). (plz show all working out and use partial fraction method)
the Previous question which I have done is; a 73 kg skydiver approaches a terminal velocity of (-) 55 m/s. what will the terminal velocity be of a 85 kg skydiver?.

2 AnswersPhysics7 years agoProjectile motion problem?
I dont understand how to solve this question, when you're only giving the range and the height to find the initial angle and initial speed. (do you assume the angle?). could some one help with this problem using calculus only.
