Me and my future spouse are getting a Pre-nuptial agreement in MT, USA and if she cheated on me would that be a way to enforce the pre-nup in court? as long as we included a pre-nup clause for the cheating? My spouse hasnt been the most loyal and I just want to make sure so I dont lose all my stuff if she does betray me again?

I am wondering if there is a legal document that will protect my belongings if me and my spouse were to divorce. I am speaking about something that she would agree to before we got engaged. I want it where she cant get half my stuff/half my money etc. I am not referring to stuff like child support. but things like tvs,furniture,house etc. Does something like this exist, or could I make my own document get it legally stamped and then have her sign? does anything like this exist, or would state laws override the document anyways?

ps. my spouse knows I want to do this. we live in Montana, U.S.

I am working on a college paper and its about economic indicators. I decided to go with National Debt. Can the Nation debt be a lagging Indiciator or is it a leading indicator? I based my findings on statistics that showed the growth of the national debt growth from past years to current. Does this make it a lagging debt or am I misunderstanding what a leading vs lagging indicator is? The reason I think its a lagging debt is that i based my findings on things that happened in the past, (but at the same time, current stats show that the debt will rise as well.)

This is not the first time. I know already I am an idiot and a lost cause because she has cheated on me 3 times previously with her ex bf. 9 months ago she told me she cheated one me with her ex. recently I noticed our intimate life go way down. she was working later and would go on long "Walks" I knew something was up. One night when she had a beer she disappeared for 13 hours. I knew in my heart she was at another mans place. When she finally got back she tried to cover it up, but I knew. when I confronted her it took about 10 hours that day to get her to tell me everything. she first said he fingered her, but that she didn't say yes or no to his advances. then a day later she finally admitted to trying to sleep with him, she says he couldn't get it hard so they didn't [Hes 47 shes 22] (lie or not doesn't change the fact she was willing). Her ex bf and her had only dry grind-ed apparently still hurtful. I decided to stay with her and we moved 2 cities over, yet she cheated again with her co worker. She gets mad when I bring it up or try talk to her about how I feel and she blames for her cheating because I wasn't 24/7 there for her. We live together and when shes not working were together all the time (so maybe 7 hours out of the day were not together.) that is basically the story (not including how she has physically hit me or lied to me about having D.I.D for months in the beginning of our relationship.) anyways, should i let her work with the coworker she cheated with?

The Live action film adaptation of the popular Tokyo Ghoul series was released in Japan in July. It was later released in select theaters in the US in the month of October... but it seems to be no where.

So about 3 weeks ago I met this girl at my job, it was like literally love at first sight, but at that moment something in me changed... She feels the same about me, but is scared to say the "i love you words" because of her past relationships romantically and family. I want to be with her all the time, I cant stop thinking about her. I am 19 year old Male, and actually lost my virginity to her a couple days ago, she says that she has never felt this way about someone before, she says shes had to wait months before even considering sexual relations with her 2 BFS (shes had 1, one night stand which made her feel disgusting) I am a lot more calm, and empathetic to her, I was raised by mostly females in my life and am in touch with my feelings a lot more than most guys.Well she has very ,mixed feelings about us that we are working on. I feel insane, cause i feel like if she chose to just be friends i would cease to have the will to live...

If I do 20 push-ups and 50 sit-ups daily (every morning) can I lose weight even if I dont exercise for the rest of the day?

I know cocaine is bad for health and is illegal, But why are there thousand of people serving long sentences (jail time) just for being in possesion of it especially if it was non-agressive arrest. But then you got murderers who can get out of prison in just a few years?

I have had terrible toothache pain recently and have been taking 6-8 200mg ibuprofen tablets within 24hours. How could this effect me in the long run and short run? I am a 17 yer old Male and have no current health issues.

Im 16, Male, 200 pounds,5ft 4in. About a week ago I started doing 100 sit-ups and started walking around my block a couple times usually between 7am-9am and its about a 20min time to finish. After im done I will ussaly just get on video games for the whole day, walk around my house, or watch netflix. Im working on making a better diet, Example: My current diet is: 2 pops (i have 2 a day) and will usually eat noodles (spicy ramen) and have a salad.

Now my question here is:

1. Will the exercises help even though afterwards i do nothing?

2. How can I improve my diet

3. if the exercise i do now then the lazy-ness afterwards is a problem can you put some simple exercises (leg stretches,Arm stretches,Core workouts I can do around my house (bad anxiety problems (meaning I get really shy in public or doing anything in public) (I have tried push-ups but my arms feel like i just broke every bone in them afterwards so any arm exercise to help build back the muscle so i can once again do push-ups would help)

Notes: About a year ago I started to literately live in my bedroom not much exercise and gaming all the time so please help if you can, also im currently only walking around my block as im so out of shape my legs will be burning on the walk.

So I have seen episodes 1-109 and Ive also seen YouTube episodes where ichigo defeats Aizen and Uliquaro (sorry not good with names) when all the captains and lots of soul reapers couldn't even take him out, yet many say ichigo doesn't even have the power of a captain, why? They also say its cause he has the holow form (so he himself is weak) but technically many times ichigo unconsciously summons him due to his will of wanting to protect others so his other form is still ichigo and its his. can anyone tell me why so many people are stupid and say ichigo is actually weak? (many yahoo answers mention ichigos weakness) when hes probably the strongest (maybe same as the captain of all captains, maybe stronger)
