I found out last week that I'm pregnant and my dog hasleeps been acting weird. He usually doesn't look being around people unless they have food, but now he wants to be near me most of the time. He even slept with me last night and that's something he never does unless there's a Strom. So what do you think?

So today I found out that I'm pregnant. My boyfriend is excited and happy. So am I but I know we can't afford one. We can barely keep us and our dog fed. I can't give the baby up once its born. So any advice? Thanks
