I bought tickets to see datsik for me and my boyfriend. I was then told I had to be at least 18 to attend without an adult. Is this true? Is there an age restriction? Something similar, maybe? Please help.

I have an old ipod nano. I just went and got the ipod touch today and when setting it up It asks "set up as new ipod touch," "restore from Icloud backup", Or " Restore from itunes backup" And I dont wanna lose my songs or anything... I just wanna... well, ... get it working and put all my old songs on there... The obvious. I have an account and everything already... So which should i choose?

i have heard many things like him watching you then when you notice it he smiles and looks away fast or acts like hes looking at someone else.But i noticed he has flirted like teasing me and threatening me and all of that i would classify as flirting but im like his best friend and he has told me he likes someone else! i cannot tell if he lied or does he really like her or both of us and he just cant choose? and does anyone have any suggestions how to ask him out without freaking him out?

usually a normal conversation goes like this:

me: not much you?

him:nope just hanging with some friends *and he points to the guys*

me:oh thats cool

him:so wanna hang out later maybe take some friends and all we have a party we can hang out?

me:i dont know i can try and see maybe later though

him:ok well see ya later then

later on the phone......

me:AY whatz going on?

him: same old same old

me:oh

him:so whatcha wanna talk about?

me:well.....OH CRAP be right back *total excuse im trying to think what to say i just called to hear his voice though and i cant tell him that*

him:*sigh*

me:back sorry my little brother fell and hit his head *or sorry i thought someone came to my door ..but i only say that when its late at night*

(yes he called me sweetheart but he calls every1 sweet heart its his gentleman thing)

me:d-d-do you wanna hang out tomorrow me and a few friends are going to the mall and then to the arcade then for something to eat maybe you could join us at the arcade?

him:sure but foods on me k?

me:you dont have to i invited you i should pay

soon we hang up and then the next day........

a few friends:AY!!! brianna!! whats up?? im having a great time today bri!!!!

later at the arcade where i meet him and all my friends together.....

later everyone leaves or mostly everyone it leaves mostly a few friends (2-3) and him and me.....

me:so guys ready to go to dinner/coffee???

ALL:yea we're ready when you are!

later i drop off most of the drunk no-drivers......and it leaves like 1 friend, me and him......

me: ay alex need me to take you home ( alex is a friend not him)we are right down the block?

alex: ok!

so i drop of alex and it leaves me and him......

him and me are sitting in the front of the car and usually me car "Accidently" runs outta gas.

me:uh-oh damit just my luck!!!

him:its ok i dont mind waiting we can call a tow truck *because we are not near a highway we are out in the country to let you know*

me:thnx so much *and i smile*

(he calls the tow company and we wait)

*now normally it goes something like this but not always the same way i leave the rest to your imagination on how the other times could be*

me:so...now what should we do?

him:i dont know whatcha wanna do?

me:we can go sit outside and talk maybe watch the stars i can never find the big dipper maybe you could help me?

him:ok?!?!?!

so we go outside and sit!......

him:see there is the big dipper *he points to the sky*

me:awesome

him:damn i shoulda finished that burger and coffee back at the restaraunt!

me:i think i got some type of alcohal and a few snack bags in the back of the van

him:thnx *he just smiles*

*i breath deeply and go get the snacks and alcohal*

me:well i just keep it near in case i thought i would never need it though i forgot what it was at first

soon the tow truck pulls up and gets us home at my home at least he likes walking home he perfers it *hes the hottest emo alive*

him:i had such a great time tonight just hanging out all 9 of us LOL!!!

later he works up the courage to kiss me seeing it as a repay for today and soon he leaves though he says he only thinks of me as a friend ...could he be lying?is he lying?would he lie? im not to sure and i need help ........this guy is hott and i do i have a huge crush on him and when i say hott i mean hott like the ....touch me and you burst to flames......he sits on a bed and the sheets set on fire til we turn to ash...you kiss him and you feel your lips tingle as you pull away...THAT KINDA HOTT BUT I DONT KNOW WHAT TO SAY OR DO OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!HELP ME PLZ IM NERVOUS AROUND HIM AND DAMN IDK HELP ME PLZ SOMEBODY!!! i need a guy or gal with past experiences to answer or give it an educated guess but plz dont give stupid freaking answers like i get on every other question plz!

i REALLY REALLY like this guy and i don't know if he likes me back and my friend asked me if he was a good kisser and i said i didn't kiss him the day we hung out not as a date but just friends and im not to sure how to tell if he is a good kisser?is it possible to tell if a guy is a good kisser without kissing him and YES I'VE HEARD THAT WHOLE THE WAY HE EATS THE APPLE IF HE TONGUES THE APPLE THEN HE IS A GOOD KISSER i dont wanna hear that plz!!!! i dont even think he eats apples i think he has an allergy against them....i think he knows i like him but im not sure and i dont know what to do. i wanna hear it from a guys point of view too! how do you girls deal with this or did?guys any suggestions about how i should do this from previous expeirences or what? cuz anything could really help?!?!?!? im trying to work around to asking him out but i dont know much about him and who he's ever dated to ask them!
