Wondering if an experienced forensic divorce psychologist has the ability to formally diagnose and/or document suspicions of the disorder and submit that to the courts in a formal report? Didn't know if they have to complete an MMPI to come to the conclusion that a person has NPD. 

I have some images that do not display the meta data in the image properties and I am trying to figure out if there is a way this information is stored another way. I've used EXIF tools, etc., but nothing seems to be working. Is there a way to get to the hex data of the image and figure it out? In addition, the file format is HEIC.

Wondering if there are ways to get preliminary psych evaluations on another person based on the way they present themselves, voice recordings, pictures, texts, emails, and the actions they take without speaking to them. More specifically around Cluster B personality disorders. I am wondering if a court would accept an assessment based on what they are witnessing to then further ask for a true psych evaluation of the person for a custody case. There is very high suspicion of abusive NPD or BPD in another person and trying to figure out how to present these to the court.

I filed for divorce about 3 weeks ago in our home state and have attempted to serve her multiple times. She dodged all of them. I requested for them to be served again.

She is currently in another state and keeping the kids from me. She filed for legal separation in the state she is in, but different than our home state.

The legal separation was filed after the divorce, but I was served first because she dodged it so many times.

What are the legal ramifications of this? 

In states that allow one party consent, can I say I am not recording if the other party asks? Or will there be legal issues?

I consented to a temporary out of state location for the children and married partner during Covid. The married partner is significantly restricting my access and not allowing me to see them or take them. Can I inform them that I no longer consent to this situation and if they don't move back to our home report them for parental kidnapping?

A company offers a 401k match at 25% up 6% of a salary. In addition they offer a 4% match. For the sake of simplicity, let's say the salary is 100k. How is the 4% match calculated and broken down? I'm confused.

What I currently have is not working: =IF((COUNTIF('PSBUS '!$O:$O,A2)),(COUNTIF('PSBUS '!$I:$I,"5")),0)

If should only return "2", but it is returning 31. There are 31 occurrences of the number 5 in a range, but I only want to count the ones associated with the cells in the range that match specific criteria.

Everytime I attempt to do it it changes the aspect ratio.
