Laptop is not working properly?
I bought a laptop today at my local pawnshop.
I brought it home charged it and when i tried using it i noticed the entire row where it has " a s d f" is not working. I called them and told them that the laptop is not working that i will be coming for my money later, except they said that they wont give me the money back only store credit.
I want to go tomorrow but dont know how to come about it. I know if you sell a non working car is a crime unless you notify the buyer. But im not sure if there's such a law for electronics such as tvs, phones, laptops, xcetera.
