In a game of Playing Cards, is it illegal to deal 2 cards at a time instead of 1 at a time or 7 at a time? If so what is the reason behind it?

I have a friend with a oldish MOBO. I need to put a relatively modern graphics card for him, something to play call of duty 2 to 6 on the lower settings would be fine. The catch is, it only has a AGP slot other then 2 PCI slots. Does anyone have a suggestion. The only thing i can find is a GeForce 6 series card atm.
