Why cant a team have more than 53 players as long as it is still below the salary cap?

I recently got tired of all the junk mail so I called the 1-800-5-OPTOUT to prevent the credit bureaus from selling my credit info to these dumb companies. I am getting about 2 offers a day from these companies. A while back I started to take the prepaid envelopes that came with the offers and send them back with stupid notes, smart *** comments, or just random crap in them just because it made me feel good to know the company would have to pay the postage for nothing.

I was wondering if anyone else does this and also how much money it cost the company when I mail it back to them, per envelope? Do they get a special rate or do they pay the 40 something cents like everyone else?

Wouldn't it be kinda funny if everyone started sending the prepaid envelops back, instead of throwing them away, I wonder how much money the company a would lose, and how much time they would waste having to sift through all the spam we sent them back in their own envelopes.

To me this is disgusting, but do you like to pop you boyfriend or husbands pimples? I had a gf that use to love when I would get a pimple on my back so she could pop it, and she would be disappointed if I she found out I had popped one on my own before she could get to it. I always thought it was weird but recently I have heard two other girls talk favorably about doing this.

Is this normal? or common? and if so why on Earth do you like doing it?

To me it just seems a little strange and disgusting, just wondering if more girls like doing this than I tought.

I got a cellphone from Cingular on Sept 28 05, I set up payment so they would auto bill my credit card. On Oct 18 07 I called and had my phone canceled, my 2 year contract was over. I was told I did not owe anything by the representative I talked to. From that point on I went on with my life. I got out of the Marines on Jan 8 08. Then today Feb 13 08 I got a letter forwarded from my military address from at&t, it was a threat to report me to a collection agency dated Dec 7 07. They said I owe $70 somehow. I called at&t, they told me they turned me over to a collection agency Dec 18 07. I explained the situation to at&t, after going through multiple representative and them hanging up on me I was able to get them to agree they were wrong and zero out my balance. Now my questions, I'm sure this will show on my credit report but how soon will it? Should I wait a few days to call the collection agency to see if they see the zero balance? Will they be able to remove it from my report?

Do the higher levels allow you to answer more when you reach them?
