  • Birth Control Help Please!!!?

I have an 11 month old son and started Nuva Ring about 2 weeks ago. I haven't had any side effects yet, but I heard on the news that there's been a bunch of women who's gotten blood clots that's almost killed them. I don't feel comfortable using Nuve Ring anymore and want to talk to my Doctor about getting on another form. I don't want something that's going to make me gain weigh, make my sex drive gone, and my husband and I would like another child in the next few years so an IUD wouldn't really be the best either. Any suggestions?

  • Nuva Ring users help please!?

I have an 11 month old son and just started Nuva Ring about 2 weeks ago. I saw on the news that a bunch of women had blood clots that almost killed them from using it. Im scared now, Im thinking about taking it out and calling my doctor to get on something else. What should I do? Also if I did get on something else does anyone have any ideas? I used to be on Ortho Tri Cyclen and I liked it but it made me gain a lot of weight. Is there anything that'll keep me from gaining weight and not make my sex drive go down?

  • Any lunch and dinner ideas?

My son is 10 months and I've been feeding him the baby food out of a jar. He loves everything and LOVES to feed himself at snack time (I tell him how he's a big boy). I was thinking about sometimes letting him feed himself for lunch and dinner. Any ideas I could try?
