I have to do a shoot soon and I have a Canon 60D and as anybody knows the audio the camera records is quite bad. I have a Shure VP83 but I am not in love with it. There are problems I was not aware of before purchasing it.

I bought a Zoom H4N. I don't think it's best to record directly to the Zoom and record the video and sync I want to use the Zoom with another mic since it's an interview I'm doing, so can anybody suggest a wireless lav system that is under or around 300 or a attachable shotgun that would attach to top of Canon then attach to Zoom, then record separate audio/video, then syn in post?

I also have a second question. For some more basic stuff I'm doing I might just want to attach the Zoom to the Canon and record directly into the Zoom and not have to sync, however when I attached it did not work. Can somebody please explain to me how one does this. I must have missed a step.

We are a tiny non-profit in NYC, New York City Homeless Advocates, and we began in 2012 and mainly work on 5th avenue and last year had no problem and most of this year. Then suddenly a NYPD sgt. started saying we can't set up to solicit donations for we are blocking sidewalk traffic, even though we weren't.

We let it go and moved to other spots.

Now he's really harassing us and says no 5th avenue whatsoever yet Salvation Army is EVERYWHERE. some 3 to a block and their set up is much bulkier then us, some use amps and sing and are loud.

We are legally incorporated, have an EIN, registered with AG office. We give items out to the homeless everyday and if you donate things to us we GIVE them to the homeless and DON'T sell them such as the Salvation Army does.

Anybody have laws I can site to get him to back off, other advice, links. should I threaten to sue the NYPD and take him to civil court since he's now stepping into violating civil rights and total harassment.

Appreciate any and all help.

Also, the stores have no problem with us, nor does the security (BID-business improvement district) for upper 5th). They know us, say hello, have see us help many homeless. It's this one guy, and he's not making it about the law as I see it, it's almost personal.

Have a tiny non-profit, just myself and couple friends right now. last year was under 15,000 which technically makes us exempt from filing but we don't have a 501c3 status yet. So, can anybody direct me to which proper IRS form I would use when filing? I keep getting (through google) form 990, but that is for small tax exempt non-profits?

Can I file that, or do I file at all?

I have soft (not yet deep) lines beginning on my forehead and around my eyes. Anybody have success with a beauty line/product or home solution?

CANON, NIKON, PENTAX? LENSES? ALSO, IF YOU KNOW A GREAT BOOK/MANUAL TO LEARN ABOUT BLACK AND WHITE PHOTOGRAPHY OR PHOTOGRAPHY IN GENERAL PLEASE LET ME KNOW.

I have to drive my boss everywhere as the "assistant". The b is famous and doesn't let me put the windows down when were going from place to place and SHE FARTS NONSTOP. And these are "mega end of the world my *** in toxic" type farts. Should I kill the B, or go to Enquirer?

I'm getting sweaty last night with this curvy hottie, were about to have sex, and she grabs the back of my head and pulls my head down to her kitten box and says, "take it like a blender". WTF....I was so confused I ran the hell out of there, raving naked. Got 20 blocks before I realzied it was my pad we were at!

So I shoot to my friend's pad, run in and DAMN, right there in the living room he's pounding a female clown and they have the soundtrack to Sound of Music BLARING. this ever happen to anybody? Anybody have some meds I can take to erase this image?
