My mother gave me a beautiful necklace and earring set she bought from an estate sale in Avon, Ohio back in the early 80's.

It is squash blossom design and has faux turquoise stones, I believe the chain is silver plated. It is marked (tag on necklace), Emmons, this mark is on both of the earrings. On the other side of mark on necklace has a design - at first I though it was an eye, but with magnifing glass I believe it is a circled E with a crown on top.

The research I have done says Emmons added a trademark after 1955, mine doesn't have this trademark. Found a few Emmons catalogs online and found some pieces sorta like mine around in the 70's.

Any and all help would be appreciated.

Not interested in selling, just would like to know what year this was produced.

Tuesday afternoon I am getting my really long hair cut and donating around 13" to Locks for Love.

Haven't had short hair very often in my life and it would be fun to try something new, but I haven't a clue.

Been noticing short hair styles and I am not seeing anything that catches my eye.

Really gone miss braiding my hair : (

The cause is a good one and summer in Texas rates a short style.

I'm 41yrs, natural brown/red hair color, hair is thin, looks thinner while it is long and weighed down.

Have to be able to pull out of my eyes 70% of my waking hours.

Boyfriend is relocating to Houston, Texas. I agreed to move away from my beloved Georgia swampland with my mate. What can I expect? I've heard so many horror stories about Houston and my (grown) son fears for my safety. [Is it that bad].

I would really appreciate both sides and please be honest with me. I have family here and I am really nervous about leaving them.

There are people who can 'feel' the presence of ghosts and spirits, how do they know when the come up with a ghost or spirit that really does mean to harm others. What is the best way to protect from malicous entities, and please don't throw a bunch of christian - take Jesus into your heart stuff.
