  • dvd reader writer not working?

    hi

    i m in a bit of a fix ,when ever i insert a cd or dvd in dvd driver of my laptop and try to play it the driver simply ejects the disc.

    i do not know what to do.

    and a message is displayed to insert a disc in drive f.

    in the healp window a lot of options are given but all are related to disc burning.

    some one please help
