Besides Turmeric and Dong Quai are there any alternative prednisone type herbs?
I have severe pain in my sciatica nerve. Doctors have been zero help. I may ask for a low dose prednisone but would rather try something herbal. If you could give me good facts or where I could find facts on any herbs that might help this pain, I would sincerely appreciate it. Thank you in advance.
