I have a really swollen throat. It feels like someone is taking a rope to my esophagus and tightening it like a noose. I also occasionally feel feverish and my chest often feels tight. Today I found some type of lump right under my jaw. It feels hard and sore to the touch. I'm worried that it could be something serious. Help?

Why is it that there can't be anything on the internet without at least one mention of Justin Bieber? Seriously...every Youtube video, someone says a Bieber related comment. Every question in Y!A, there's a Bieber related comment.

I am going to get a tattoo of some kind of cross on my upper back. At the very most it'll run to the bottom of my shoulder blades.

1.) How much will it hurt, and

2.) How much do you suppose it will cost?

Consider this though...$100 for just the "Beat It" jacket, $120 for the Motown jacket, shirt, glove and socks combo. It's a steal, if you ask me. But I will think this over.
