How can they have my name on it if it is a debt incurred years before we met? Plus why is it going to small claims court & not a debt collector. He hasn't heard anything about this medical bill in years.

I am in a temp to hire job, where I have gotten enough training to know they really are keeping me. I have a down payment, I have good credit, I have an accepted offer on a house. Now I just need someone to give me a loan. Do you know of any types of places that will give me a loan while I am a temporary employee. The rules have all changed in the last few years, I am looking for a place that will still do that.

I just flew them from China to India. Because I was moving I had 2 large checked bags, one at 23 kg the other at 26. I had to pay 140 RMB at the first airport, then surprise, another 3050 RMB at the Guangzhou airport. I was only allowed 20 kg, and it was 122 RMB for each additional kg. This is the most ridiculous baggage policy I have ever heard of. As a frequent traveler and ex-airline employee I would put China Southern Airlines as the worst airline by far. (not to mention their frequent gate changes and the delayed flights without any sort or notices or updates)

I have wavy/curly hair. My hair has gotten noticeable straighter in the last few months. I can't style it the same as I used to. Nothing changed with my coloring routine and it seems more than a weather issue since it wasn't this way previous years. I remember a few years ago my hair had gotten noticeable curlier for a while too. Do you know why this happens?

I am looking for (probably) a hard drive style. My current camera only works with Windows 2000, so it is frustrating that a decent camcorder is essentially useless now. A lot of the ones I am looking at now only work with Vista, and I really want one that I can still use even if I get a new computer.

Both times I went to the local Indian restaurant (North Indian style) I have gotten sick (no one else) and I went to a Middle Eastern restaurant and had falafel and also got sick. I think there must be some ingredient that doesn't agree with me. The problem is I am going to north India and I don't want to be sick the whole time. I have a 3 year old dog I got from a shelter a year ago. I am having problems (as shown in previous questions) with destructiveness, barking and pooping inside. Decided I really need to do something about it. I don't know if obedience class is the answer. For one, he is deaf. Plus he can already sit, stay and walk on a leash just fine. But obviously it is much cheaper than personal sessions. Any suggestions?

I got my dog a year ago from a shelter. He had lots of bad habits and some I was able ot break him of. But he still has a lot and I'm afraid after a year, these will be permanent. The only advice I get from my friends is to get rid of him, and thats really not something I want to do. But I'm not sure what else to do. When I get home from work trash is spread all over the house and there is poop in my room. I want to give him attention when I get home, but I don't want to reward him for bad behavior. I take him for a walk or to play frisbee every day before work, so he is getting attention . I don't want to give up on him, but I don't want to keep putting up with this either. He also barks a lot and jumps on people when they come over. BTW he is a 3 year old blue heeler mix. Any advice would be appreciated.

Will future employers really know? I have a good work record, never been fired, always given notice, i don't want to ruin that.

I love my job, but there are two bullies at work making it miserable. The one is our lead and the other has also been there for a long time. I'm very very very close to quitting then realized whats going on is harassment. Has anyone been in this situation and fought back? Were you sucessful or did they just get a stap on the hand? I saw them in concert a few years ago, and I want to take my sister to see them. But I can't find any info on them.
