  • Girl, 15 year old teenager excess belly fat?

    Hi,

    I'm wondering what I can do to get rid of excess belly fat.

    I used to be overweight and wasn't happy with it. So, I decided to go on a diet.

    For the past month I've cut down on all sugary drinks, and only consume water, juices not from concentrate and black tea with two teaspoons of honey. I've cut down on all fatty and sugary snacks such as chips/crisps, cookies, cakes, chocolates and candy/sweets. I consume lots of fruits -organic where possible- and also vegetables. I would estimate of me drinking about 1.5 liters of water daily. I consume my carbohydrates like rice and pasta, also some fats every now and then like wings when I'm with friends or so. Oh, and I eat 3 meals a day including fruits as snacks in between when hungry (I consume the same amount of food with my meals as I did before I lost my weight, maybe less depending on the day). I've lost a good 4 kilos, but barely any belly fat.

    I love the tone in my face and legs, also my breasts. However I'm highly disappointed with my upper arms and belly.

    When I was younger I used to be VERY thin, and the tone in my face didn't look good at all, therefore I do not want to lose any weight there. I LOVE my legs/thighs because they just look PERFECT for my height, etc.

    I do not exercise. The most I do on school days is walk for about 40 minutes a day, and at school I have a lot of stairs and for almost every lesson I have to walk up and down those stairs. I walk up and down the stairs in my house every 10-50 minutes or so, but that's the most I do unless I go out with family or friends. I have considered the gym and running and all that, however it all requires me to loose weight on my face, breasts and thighs, and I do not want to loose ANY weight there.

    Are there any exercises that will ONLY focus on the excess fat on my belly and arms, maybe even tone my butt or make it bigger?

    I really need to loose 5 more kilos, but again, I do not want to loose any weight any more in the areas I had mentioned earlier.

    I will ignore your answer if you include sit-ups. I started at 15 each day and gradually increased it to 130 each day for just over a year, and it did not make me lose ANY of my belly fat, it just made my stomach REALLY hard underneath the sponginess of my flabs when I 'flexed'. I do not want a six-pack or that hardness to come back, haha.

    So, quick summary:

    I eat healthily, no junk food and stuff like that. I barely exercise, I need tips on how to loose belly fat and flabby arm fat. All advice would be greatly appreciated unless you bring up sit-ups (They do not work for me, AT ALL, don't try tell me otherwise).
