Problem with neighbor's dogs?
I have a townhouse which has backyard as a public area for all 4 units. I was the last unit and last family that moved in. When I moved in, my neighbor from the 2nd unit met me and asked my husband if his dog (a black labrador) could poop near the fence on my backyard area. My husband told him okay as long as it's far away from the building or he could pick it up sometimes. Everything was fine until he got a new dog (golden one). His 2 dogs poop everywhere and also near the building. My husband talked to him and it was better for a while and happen again and again. We tired of asking him. It's been 2 years. Then 3 weeks ago, we decided to buy Guard Yard using sound for the dogs. It was getting better. Tonight I don't know who did it but I found my Guard Yard broken in pieces and put them on my back steps for me to see. I got a very clear message that even though I have 10 Guard Yards, It won't really help.
Please give me any advice...what should I do? I'm so afraid that if I put complain to the city. My neighbor will do something to retaliate me, one way or another.

7 AnswersOther - Home & Garden1 decade agoProblem with Contractor?
I bought a new townhouse with a basement problem. It's leaking. However, the contractor said he'll fix this problem within 3 months after the closing (March 23). Moreover, the new townhouse also has one year warranty.
Thing isn't going well. the contractor didn't fix the problem within 3 months. When I call him or e-mail him. He just keeps quiet. He doesn't return my calls or e-mails. I talk to my realtor and lawyer, ask them to help me contact this contractor. The contractor told them that he's already made appointments with me many times, which is not true. He made an appointment with the fix man, not make an appointment with me. How can I know when the fix man will come? My lawyer and realtor said they can't do anything, even I want to sue the contractor. I don't know what to do anymore.
How can I make this contractor fix the problem that he promises to fix?
What can I legally do with this case?
Thank you
