A few years ago, my father was about 48.

My brother and I went to the mall with him, when suddenly, out of nowhere, he became extremely confused.

He told me that he didn't know his way around, and that we should guide him to the exit.

When we got to the car, he told me that he forgot how to drive, and he handed the keys to me, take note that I was only 12 back then.

I was dismayed, when we got home, he forgot his ATM password, he forgot how to bathe, he forgot a lot of things, but most of all, he seemed extremely confused.

They brought him to the hospital, gave him some medicine, and he got better.

Up to now, I wonder what affected him, they said it was ADD, can I verify if this is true? If not, then what was affecting him?

I just had the worst Deadlift attempt ever, now my lower back hurts like hell, I can't bend over or else the pain gets worse, my back can only stay up straight.
