My dad woke me up this morning saying he had received an email from time warner cable saying that sense it was the third time they had warned us that we were illegally allegedly pirating software, and that a 3rd party was going to pursue criminal prosecution. They hadn't even sent us any previous warnings. Is this serious? Should we get a lawyer or something? Literally yesterday was the last day of my dad's work release sentence and I don't want to get him in trouble.

Ok I installed farming simulator 2013 for my pc because the mac version hasn't come out yet so i tried playing it on my pc but the last time i tried with the 2011 version it didn't work either so this time i decided to try and fix. When you first open the game it says shadier model 3.0 but when i looked for it on the web all i could find were things the would scan my computer then asked if i would pay them $100 dollars. please help!
