I am very bad at math and am having a lot of problems with a take home exam. Any help with any of the problems and a short explanation as to how it is solved would be greatly appreciated.

Find the inverse of the function.

1) f x = e( x + 3 ) - 6, f-1(x) =

Find the domain of the function.

2) f(x) = log2(3x - 4)

Find the amount that will be in an account, given the stated conditions.

3) P = $12,000, t = 9, r = 12% compounded quarterly A=p[1+(r/n)]^nt

Write the equation involving exponents as an equivalent logarithmic equation.

4) 4^3 = 64

Solve the equation. Round to the nearest hundredth.

(hint: convert to a logarithm and use change of base)

5) 4x = 13, x =

Rewrite the expression as a sum or difference of logarithms or multiples of logarithms.

6) log5 [(x9 y7)/7)

7) A certain noise produces (7.42 x 10^-4) watt/(m^2) of power, designated as S. What is the decibel level of this noise? D = 10 log (S/So), where So is 10-12 watt/m2. (Round to the nearest decibel.)

I know I was dumb not to know but there was no traces of a family in his apt. & I had no reason to believe he was married. Anyway, I met & talked to his wife & when I saw her I was really surprised. I was 18 at the time & about average size maybe a little short & have always been told I'm pretty so I was shocked to see that his wife was a big lady & not very attractive. I don't know about his wife but I left him, but ever since then I have had an addiction with shopping & doing my nails & stuff like that. I think it might have to do with the way his wife looked & psychologically maybe I think she was better than me or something. Can anyone tell me what they think & how I can get over this addiction. I don't want to sound conceited or anything because this is a serious thing for me. Has anyone had a similar situation & know how to help me or has anyone ever helped anyone who's gone through this. I'm over the guy, it's just the whole shopping addiction that I'm worried about

All of a sudden my Limewire started to start up when I turned on my computer so I went to the options menu and changed it so it wouldn't start up but it still did. Now all of a sudden it opens by itself and when I close it it will start up after about 30 seconds. Someone help me please! What can I do?
