  • Why should I tip out the bartendar?

    I work as a server at a resturant making $2.13 an hour. At this resturant your only allowed to have 3 tables, only parties of 8 or more you must share (including kids) with another server, and be subject to cuts on slow nights. Now our bartender has eleven seats in front of them, get paid $7-$9 and hour, and will not get cut on slow nights. At the end of the night they expect me to tip out the bar. Why? It is not like drinks increase my tips, should I also tip the kitchen, the dishwashers, hosteess, etc..
