there were three of that is suppose to sign a partnership and we are suppose to build our online business. This guy told us that we could make some money building a website and the service we will do, but the cost is 10000$ as he will pay the guy to build the website and to gather all the info that we need. me and my other friend gave him a total if 8000$. he then quit his job and we called him but no answer. we got his information from the job that he worked for. should we sue him for estafa? pls help us guys... tnx

the girl i like suddenly stopped answering my phone calls, i met her 3 weeks ago and start calling her, we talked on the phone for hours. it was her bday and i went to her aptment and we drank, talked, have a good time. suddenly after that day, i called her the next day and she didnt answer, she is polish and came to this country within less than a year, so she got the cultural issues but i still like her, its been 5 days now that ive been calling and texting her and still no reply, should i forget her, email her, or go to her hoouse and confront her, i dont know what to do please help me, oh btw im asian

we used to talk a lot on the phone before but suddenly she stopped answering my phone calls, we really had a good time together, i dont know what's on her mind, should i confront her and talk about this or just let her go and move on?
