  • How do I get it through to her that she doesn't have to be "Superwoman"?

I am a 34 year old white male. I have been laid off for almost a year, in California. California is not the place to be looking for a job if you are a white male.

So, she is working and I am taking care of the housework, but when she comes home after an 8 hour day, she jumps to do any dishes I haven't finished. She races to do laundry if I haven't finished folding and putting it away. She insists on cooking dinner if I don't already have something started. I feel like I have become completely superflurous in my own home! She can go out and hold down a difficult, full-time job, then come home and do everything better than me, faster than me, or more than me.

How do I get it through to her that she doesn't have to be "SuperWoman"? That I can handle some of this stuff since I am not contributing in any other way? It really does feel that sometimes she is doing it on purpose, to show me just how little she needs me...

I feel like I'm not pulling my weight around here. Any ideas?

  • Tales of the Gold Monkey...?

The series ran in 1983-1984. I found someone who claimed to have the whole series on his computer, and was willing to burn it to a DVD for me, but after I told him that yes I wanted it, I haven't heard from him since. Wanted to introduce my son to this series as it was a fond memory from when I was his age... Can anyone help me with it. Would like to give it as a birthday present for his birthday in May, so I have some time, and I am willing to pay a reasonable fee for time, materials, and shipping costs.

Anyone willing to help, please respond here (to get your 10 points) AND to my email at: Kris8384@yahoo.com

    Thanks

  • Does anyone out there have any ideas for a time travelling scenario for RPG's?

I have a group who couldn't agree on time frame, so I have to PC's in the Victorian era, two in the late 1930's to mid 1940's, and two who are in the "modern" day era, approximately 1980.

I am looking at a scenario using the WW I Germans meeting up with the WW II Nazi's, and having them using some sort of supernatural artifact to affect the modern era so that all three groups must still work together...

    Any ideas...?
