Company closing for Xmas: 5 days during my initial 90 days, do I have options?
Hey all,
I started a new job in October in Mass. I work for a company, not independent. I don't have sick or vacation time yet. The company is closed all 5 days of the week from Dec 23 to Dec 27. I have Xmas paid for but other than that I wont be paid for.
Do I have options?

When Senator Harkin & the Senate HELP committee were holding various hearings on the for-profit college industry, where was Senator Scott Brown? Did he have other meetings/hearings going on? If so, what were they? Why did he miss the hearings? Was he doing it as part of the boycott by Republicans?

Hey all,
Did you attend the Art Institutes? What was your experience there? I know I found it a waste of money and I still feel scammed to this day. Many of my friends also feel the same way. Many of them are working totally unrelated fields and stuck in debt.
So tell me about your experience there. What happened with you? And what are you doing now?
1 AnswerDrawing & Illustration1 decade agoWhat is the best type of attorney to contact to talk about student loan debt?
What is the best type of attorney to contact about student loan debt? Bankruptcy lawyers seem to cringe/avoid this because student loans are currently exempt from bankruptcy.
Is there any in the US that take this stuff serious and can help broke former students?
I mean there has to be some attorneys that now have experience in these matters since the economy is now becoming flooded with unemployed new attorneys.
