Do all special forces ( green berets), and army rangers have to learn how to free fall parachute? And halo jump?

Does the national guard special forces unit, just have to learn how to static line jump? Or do they have to do a halo jump?

I read some where that, if your in the SEALS. You don't have to learn how to halo jump if you don't want to. Is that true? And does it also mean you dont have to learn how to free fall jump, if you don't want to?
