I am a 21 year old boy. I ve observed that it is difficult to pull back my foreskin fully while it is erect. Even if i do it, if feels very tight. But i can very easily do it while it is flaccid. Am i a victim of Phimosis?

I have upgraded my desktop with a 512 mb Nvidia GeForce 8400 GS graphics card. But even after this my 'Desktop performance for windows aero' rating is 3.6. This has made my base score 3.6 even though the other scores are above 5. Someone please tell me how can i increase my 'Desktop performance for windows aero' rating.
