The US is in the midst of the worst economic crisis since the depression. Yet 8 years ago, we had a budget surplus. I can't stress enough how severe a crisis this is. Its going to be the number one issue on the election as more banks are put to the sword. Do you think this entire crisis runs in Obama favour, one he is a democrat , secondly he is something completely new ? Eitherway whoever gets elected we've a record breaking 10 Trillion deficit, a record breaking trade deficit, housing crisis, a 12 billion dollar a month war, a credit crunch. This is the American Berlin wall.

Who thinks this will be as bland as can be? The negotiating pre interview will have left this bland and uneventful. Proving America once and for all that O' Reilly only cares about the ratings and himself.

A huge trade deficit, a huge national debt,a war still on the offensive, a housing collapse, a weak dollar, high inflation , a massive dependence on foreign oil, $100 a barrell oil and all this against a moderately strong global economy. Is America's global power about to nose dive and why isn't anybody grabbing the economy by the neck, instead of trying to borrow through it?

The inspirtation has faded for me in his speechs, I don't believe his whole Rev. Wright "I didn't know" explanation, he's tarnished by the Tony Rezko corruption charges. He's missed alot of senate votes. What is new here other than a new tagline. Hope is on the way, is becoming too similar to GW's freedom is on the march tagline.

He has been elected four years a senator, how has he fared in the senate based on his speech's as bringing about change and raising burning social issues ?

I have read most of his policies and they are painfully thin. If this election is about change and I am to make up my mind on that message. What has he achieved in 4 years?

I've been reading his policies. He wants an immediate troop draw down in Iraq, its only beginning to settle there now, thats a bad ideal, at least give them a chance to avoid civil war. I don't see any value's put down on middle class tax cuts. The whole policy is very light and lacking.

So is he winning on charisma or policy ?

Its becoming obvious that Musharraf is another ruthless dictator intent on power. He has facilitated at the least the murder of Benazir Bhutto, how a suicide bomber can use a bike to hit a candidate more than tells us the kind of security thats about. Not to mention the video of a shooter in the crowd clearly seen which is only being released now. This is a major under estimate by the government, nothing is more powerful a force than a martyr. When the Pakistan government is either voted out (unlikely elections will be delayed at Musharrafs will) or is overthrown, what will be the face of new Pakistan Militant nuclear state or thriving democracy?

I'm beginning to think "The Liberals" are a rock band, or a sect trying to destroy the world. Liberalism is not a disease. The opening statement of the constitution is liberal, Jesus was a liberal. There is a time to be, conservative and a time to be liberal. Talk about swallowing a right wing political tagline hook line and sinker. Its honestly laughable.
