  • To anyone who's ever been through culinary school:?

    I am very seriously considering culinary school, I have some doubts, but at this point in my life I NEED to do something. So far, I'll looking at either culinary or graphic design.

    What can I expect from culinary school? Should I have previous work experience before I attend? I've heard that when trying to land a job, restaurants prefer someone who has had actual work experience over someone with a degree-is this true? Do I need to already know a lot about cooking to be able to keep up with the classes?

    Sorry! Hope that's not too many questions for one post! I'd greatly appreciate anyone who could share some wisdom. I'm trying to look at this from as many angles as possible before making a decision!

  • I f*ed up that the first time... My question is simple: How can I entice my boss *to* sexually harass me? :D?

    I'm a dude, 28. She's about 47ish-a big woman, super tall. If she aggressively approached an average dude, he'd either run for Switzerland, or France..or most likely be converted into a man-slave. Anyway, any advice?
