Ever since I found out I couldn't take my Flintstone vitamins anymore because it has gelatin in them, I haven't been taking vitamins. Except for recently, when my mom got me some that I have to swallow like a pill. But I HATE them. They're like freaking horse pills, and they hurt my stomach. :(( But anyway, does anyone know of any GUMMY vitamins that don't contain gelatin? I spent FOREVER looking at the store and I couldn't find any, so I had to get what my mom did. ):):

Okay, well... I was in 1st period, and this girl and her friend were talkin' about Vegetarians. Well, I was sitting across the room, and she called over to me. The conversation went:

Her: "Kimberleigh!"

Me: "What?"

Her: "Aren't you a Vegetarian?"

Me: "Yeah..."

Her: "Oh, that's why your hair's so stringy. (Then to her friend.) "See, I told you.

When you're a Vegetarian, you don't get enough protein and it makes your hair thin and stringy."

So... my question is, is this true? Everyone else I've asked about my hair being stringy, they all said she's stupid and that I have amazing hair. I always get compliments on it, so I don't know... but why would they like my hair if it was thin/stringy... anyway, is she right?
