Im used to the slow life. just moved back from Virginia 2-3 years ago. Im recently a single guy living in a totally different environment. Hard to get used to. I dont have many friends but dont get me wrong, i am quite social. Just hard for me to take in new people. Whats there to do as far as entertainment goes for a sinle guy like me?

Give me your personal opinion at how to let go of someone you love. Especially when she swears that she doesnt want to be with you.. Whats your take?

I havent worked out for a year or two. Yesterday i finally took the courage to go out for a run at the park. I first walked 1 1/2 miles then ran another 1 1/2 miles. Walked another half mile then ran for 3/4 of a mile. My feet felt fine with a little bit of discomfort at the arch and heel. I did a set of situps and pushups right after with a bit of ease. I am 5'8, 30 years old and weight 179. Two years ago i weighted in at 163. The weather was a bit chilly 61 degrees and i mostly ran on a dirt track. A liitle bit of running on concrete.i wore slip on vans, shorts and a sweater. I am ex military and have never had any problems with my feet until now! My feet feel bruised and battered. I feel like i have swollen muscles and bones. A hot shower didnt help at all and tynelol didnt work. What could be causing this? Should i worry. I can barely even walk without feeling any pain. If i tip toe i feel fine but as soon as i lay my feet down flat on the ground the pain shoots straight up my ****. Lol i dont have health insurance and was hoping maybe some of you could provide me with some helpful information, advice, tips.. I want to get back running. I have a goal and that is to lose 10 lbs by the end of the month :-)

just got the samsung rogue today but i am some what regretting choosing this phone over the lg env touch. coming off of the lg voyager its somewhat frustrating having to figure out and get used to the rogues ui and keyboard. what phone would you choose and y?

i have been playing the guitar (preferably acoustic) for quite some time now. i never had any problems with my skin peeling on my fingers while playing until now. my finger tips r irritated, have calluses and too soft to the touch in some areas and rough in others. i get alot of discomfort whenever i play a fast paced rhytm. what can i do to relieve some of the discomfort? ive tried string lubricant such as finger ease but it wears out to quick. im not planning to stop playing anytime soon so helpful answers will be appreciated.

had my voyager quite a while now but am growing bored of it. is the lg env touch a good upgrade?

i have a 02 acura tl type s. my left rear tire keeps slowly losing air. these tires are about 7 months old with only about 3000 miles on them. theyre hankook v4es. i had the valve stem and tire lubed when installed but for some reason air has been slowly leaking for about the past two months. what could be the problem??

im planning to fly into lax sometime during the holidays with my 2 1/2 year old daughter and i was told that anyone over two needs a ticket to fly. that'll probably run me another $400! i've boarded my daughter before without buying a separate ticket or checking her in when she was 1 1/2 years old. she sat on my lap. can i still sit her on my lap for the flight and not have to pay for another ticket or will i have to buy one? if i do, can i get a discount on the airline ticket? i can do a lot with 400 bucks! lol Good answers will be appreciated. thanks!

forget glasses and contact lenses. not for me. is lasik a good choice to correct my eyesight? are there any other procedures out there that will get me back to 20/20 vision?

Im from l.a. but im currently residing in norfolk, va. its lame and just seems like an old-folks town here. plus its a military town with a bunch of stiff, stuck up, boring, drunk navy dudes. out of these 10 cities, which one would you choose to live at. id love to go back to l.a. but the economy there really sucks right now and i dont think my military experience will help me much while im there. my family, friends and culture is there though. plus theres tons of entertaining things for me to do there.

hello to all! alright, so here it goes. my girl got her timing belt changed out last week at some automotive repair shop here in norfolk, va. named tune-up plus. they have a few shops in and around the area. anyways after they installed the belt i immediately noticed when they started the car that the engine was making a very strange sound. it was making sort of like a a turbo spooling and a metallic sound put together. so i told the mechanic immediately my concerns and asked him if maybe they overtightened the belt or didnt set the timing right. he simply, and very confidently said the belt needed to seat into the pulleys. so i said "o.k.", called one of my other mechanics and explain to him what the problem was. my mech. said the same thing i was thinking (the the belt was overtightened most likely via the belt tensioner). very common mistake. so i told the mech. that did the work on the car what my other mechanic had told me and he pretty much thought it was bull s*%t! i told him if he could double check his work cause a problem with the belt can cause the engine seize and malfunction anytime. he said he would only do it if i purchased a belt tensioner and also pay labor ($170 bucks total). my girl already payed 350 for the timing belt so i thought the hell with this guy, hes just hustling me now. the work did come with a 15k mile warranty as stated on the work order but hes just giving me a hard time. what do you think i should do next. i really just want to smack the hell out of the guy since he did mark up the price for the timing belt and antifreeze he replaced another $90. i just want the problem fixed. what do you think i should do next? and no i dont want to kill the guy maybe teach him a lesson would work. lol

btw the car had 61,000 miles when the work was performed and it ran perfectfly fine.

is it really any better than mobil 1? how long will it last in my 02 acura tl type s?
