So me and my ex broke up about a week and a half ago. Nothing too major, just she wanted to go out more and not feel tied down essentially. She left it in the air for us to get back together some time. I wanted us to stay together but she ended up ending our relationship of almost a year. She seemed pretty beat up about it and I was upset. I texted her the next morning asking about a doctors appointment she had. I had also received a notification on Facebook that she removed our anniversary date. I sent her that with a sad face and said it hurts. She said it hurts her too and she's "so so sorry". That was the last message I received. I had texted her about ten minutes after that for her to take some time for herself and I would be here if she decided to let me back into her life.

Since then we've had no contact at all. We still have each other on social media and she's kept us as a relationship on Facebook. She had actually hid it for a week before putting it back on. I haven't posted or said anything about the break up but she goes on as if nothing happened. She got a new puppy and puts comments like "he completes me" and "the love of my life". I know it's petty but I get upset seeing that. I did everything I could for her. I know she'll never find someone better than me, and I'm not trying to be cocky or anything, it's just true. I just can't tell if she's doing this on purpose. I really don't see a point. I just wonder what's going on in her head.

Almost a year ago I had a cyst removed from my dog's (he's a miniature schnauzer) paw. Today I noticed a bump on the same paw. I was worried last year the the bump was cancerous. I had tests done and it wasn't cancerous. This bump isn't as big yet and the only thing I've noticed is he licks his paw a lot and won't let me touch his paw. I spent over $500 last year on the surgery and tests for them to tell me the bump wasn't cancerous. Would the cyst go away on its own or is there anything that I can use to make it go away?

So there is a very pretty girl who lives by me (not close enough for me to go by) and goes to my college but I have no way of reaching out to her to try to get something started. We have never talked but my sister and her sister are friends and go to the same high school and my sister has mentioned that her friend has talked to her sister and say I'm cute (I've seen the girl drive by a couple times). I'm a couple years older so us having the same class is unlikely and I know I won't see her on school, so should I just request her on facebook and start a conversation there. It wouldn't hurt at all so I don't see why not...thanks.

Each time I get into bed I an constantly shocked by my sheets. When I get out of bed anything I touch metal wise shocks me. When I'm at work I can feel my work pants static against my legs and each time I touch something metal I am shocked. I know some contributing factors are the high winds we get here in SoCal and the cold winter nights, but I don't understand why I get shocked so much. Its pretty irritating and seems to only happen with my sheets because when I ask my sisters if they have the same problem with their sheets or coworkers with anything metal they all reply they don't have that same issue. Please someone have a solution for this. Thank you.

I started my new job as an assistant manager back in August and recently received an invite to the corporate Christmas party for gm's and assistants. There are 5 assistants where I work and I was one of the 3 invited (it was limited invitations). My gm told me not to really mention to the two that wasn't invited that I was since I'm newer and don't cause problems I guess? But one of the non-invites recently asked me if I was invited. I don't know how to go about it without causing any tension. I'm able to take a guest so do I ask her to be my guest if it comes out that I was invited and she wasn't? Thank you.

I don't know why I'm asking online but ok. I'm finishing up my 2nd year of college and just got out of a year long relationship not too long ago. I have two classes with the pretty girl and I went up to her and talked to her two weeks ago about class. I was foolish and didn't ask for her name or number. And now each time she walks by me I get cold feet and walk away. I know me and my ex aren't going to get back together, but my friends think this is the reason that is holding me back from talking to her.

So I am asking, when I see her next, should I just talk about class again, or maybe ask about how she's doing? I don't want to mess up with her and scare her away, and I'm not looking for a rebound. I know she does well in school, and has an amazing smile. Two pluses for me. How do I approach her and talk to her without making it seem like I'm trying to jump into something too quickly?

Is it safe to put cheese in a warmer for nachos, then at the end of the night put it back in the fridge, then open the next morning and put the cheese back in the warmer? Or could this make the cheese go bad?

My girlfriend and I have been dating for a year and a month now. She left for Texas for a week a few days ago. A day before she left she said that she needed some time and that everything just hit her at once. In October I made a horrible mistake and made out with another girl. It was my fault and very immature of me knowing how much I love my girlfriend. I didn't think of that then. But now I know shes my world.

She called me earlier saying shes over me and I need to move on yet before she left she kissed me and left me stuff to remember her by. I really have a feeling that we are not done, but she says we are.

What should I do? keep texting her about staying with me? Give her her space and let her text me? I plan on taking her out to dinner Sat. night when she comes back, I wanna show her that I really do love her. How can I work this out and try to get her to fall back in love with me?

I currently have the Voyager and have had it since 2007 when it came out. I get my upgrade next week and am looking at the Droid. With my upgrade discount it will cost $199 at a Verizon store, but Best Buy has it for $99. Could I use my upgrade with Best Buy or is it just for new plans?

Ok. So my financial aid thing said my parents are able to support me but in November my mom lost her job and I was dependent on me supporting myself through school as a Freshman this year. But I'm having trouble with money and with financial aid not helping me I need help finding a better way to get scholarship money. Fast web isn't guaranteed and I need something that is. My dad is a police officer and I got a one-time scholarship for that. So if anyone knows how I can get the most it would be greatly appreciated.

So I have had a sore throat for about a week now. I went to urgent care and diagnosed with Strep Throat. I got some antibiotics (Cough medicine, penicillin) and my gf gave me amoxiloin. I have today off work and tomorrow because of a doctors note. So I go back on Sunday to work and was wondering if I will be good to go by then and how long I will have a sore throat and congestion. My swollen throat has gone down a little today for an upside. So if anyone knows how long until I'm not contagious anymore and when I'll be healthy again I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.
