It's frustrating to see with all that is going wrong with our economy that corporate campaign contributions are allowed. "Of the people, by the people, for the people" has never had less meaning. The USA is already run by corporations, and I feel any potentially honest candidate will just get corrupted by the system. Is our government and way of life doomed?

I'm looking for some interesting food related questions, and half of the questions in Food & Drink are basically vegetarians condemning meat eaters. That's not food, that's politics.
