The gabapenton and Tramadol are making me nauseous so i want to take some Promethazine i got prescribed a while back (not expired though).

Today i have taken 2, 50mg Tramadol at around 1; and then a 600mg gabapenton every 2 hours.

Is it safe to take a little bit of promethazine? Im mostly concerned with the fact that Tramadol is notorious for giving people seizures when they do something wrong

If i leave a bottle of pasteurized milk that has been opened but then re closed out for 12 hours will it still be good? I can also put it in a lunch box with ice or something to help keep it cold. anything but the fridge :(

I woke up with a cold today, the doctor told me its probably a bacterial thing due to my symptoms, I was wondering if I could help speed up recovery by drinking alcohol, sense alcohol kills bacteria or something. even if it doesent help me would it have any negative effects because I also want to drink.

for those that dont know, Dimethyltryptamine, or DMT, is basically (from what i understand) what causes you to hallucinate while you sleep, also know as dreaming. it is also the most potent hallucinogen known to man, it only lasts up to 15 minutes though, and users also report not having their state of mind change, their heads stay completely sober while they are literally in a dreamland, tripping their balls off, then 15 minutes later everything is normal.

hey im 16 and i have no idea what i want to do when im older. my interests right now are music, i have taken a music theory course and liked it, and i can also play a number of instruments. another thing that interests me is human psychological behavior. i have noticed in my self that i am usually interested in articles and stuff i find about human behavior, and memorize random facts on accident. im very social and am a great listener. most of my math related teachers have told me i should be in engineering because im good at that stuff naturally or something. i guess math is easy for me but it doesn't interest me as much, and would be one of those jobs im good at but wouldn't enjoy. i suck at English, and Spanish, the only reason you aren't cringing at my grammar and spelling in this paragraph is because of auto correct. I also like science, but wasent good at biology (mostly because i could tell my fresh out of college teacher hater her job, and was terrible at it). i also love playing games with realistic markets such as Eve Online and playing the market, getting rich, and quitting once it got boring (i guess that's my math skills at work). I love learning things, like watching Vsauce, random discoveries featured on Reddit, i like discover magazine etc etc. I have random facts and approximate knowledge on lots of random things to the point where i tend not to talk about it around my dumber friends because they think its weird i know random ****, but find it hard to remember things like the stages of the cell cycle in biology. Im also a hard worker, for a summer job right now i help this dude with his company installing cabinets in various houses.

I have thought about becoming an astronomer, astrophysics, engineer, something with human emotion and behavior, chemist (but i was also watching breaking bad at the time), playing with various rent properties/stock market and stuff like that, music manager for musicians, but still have no idea.

Im looking to buy a graphics card, budget is around 250 at the most but i could stretch it to 300 if its really worth it. My system was using an asus GTX 560 oc but it recently stopped working, im using on board graphics now (makes me want to cry every time i look at the square picture on my widescreen monitor). I also use an AMD phenom II which i hear works better with Radeons compaired to Geforce and vice versa, but thats just what i have heard.

Here are the two i have narrowed it down to, but im open to other suggestions.

I also hear radeons runs different games better and worse compared to GTX, if switching from Geforce to Radeon is going to be hard then i might rethink it.

Also, are CUDA cores and stream processors the same thing? and what are the major differences between Radeon and Geforce

I have a self made computer and recently the graphics card stopped sending signals to my monitor. the on board graphics card still works, which is what im using now, so im pretty sure the problem is within the graphics card its self. It has a mini HDMI and 2 DVI ports, none of them work. IT started not working about 2 days ago, i turned my pc on and the screen just said no signal, so i tried the on board graphics and that worked, but its quite shitty.

I think it will be an improvement compared to my GTX 560 Asus factory OC, but i also have little knowledge about radeon, except that radeons supposedly run better with AMD processors (mines a phenom II), and can sometimes be a pain to get set up.

So my question is can i fix my graphics card or should i just buy a new one, and is radeon a good choice?

Computers been acting weird lately, randomly the windows explorer things will either turn all white, black, or disappear for a second or so and being strangely slow. I ran a virus scan with Avast Free and found 0 threats except for 4 files that could not be scanned. they're all located in system32/wdi with very long names consisting of random numbers, then a \ with another stream of randome numbers, then "snapshot.etl" at the end, they look exactly like someones bitcoin address (if you take away the snapshot.etl). i also can not find them using windows explorer so i assume they're hidden meaning i cant even delete them if they are a threat.

Ive ran virus scans before and these have never come up, are they a threat? what should i do?

I played piano for 2 years and stopped for three and now I'm trying to play again. I took music theory 1 recently also and now I want to pick up piano again. I know music dory for the most part, and still know how to read sheet music and stuff, so now all I need is music to play but I can't find any in my skill level, it's all either way to easy and boring or really hard. I also don't have my music books anymore so I've been looking online for free sheet music. Does any one know where a database of music is that is also sorted by difficulty so I could find music that's not to easy but also not impossible?

Its still sealed and i bought it at CVS, im pretty sure its above the amount of liquid you can have, it its still sealed so i dont know if that changes anything. also i have 2 bottles i want to take, and it will most likely be carry on. its dayquil if that helps

About a year ago I fell on my knee really hard and tore the tendon on the left side of my right knee cap that keeps it in place, I'm fifteen now and I don't want to end up like my grandpa who has really bad knees. He played foot ball when he was my age and in college so that might be why his knees are bad now but I want to make sure mine stay healthy and was wondering if jogging or any type of stretches could keep my knees happy.

Right now if I jog after about half a mile I can feel the spot on my knee get sore, but I usually ignore it and end up running a little over a mile and a half. I also do beach sports like volleyball (not on a team or anything though) surf skimboard etc and feel the tiny dull pain kinda quickly when it's something more then running but like I said I always ignore it. I noticed over the winter now that I haven't excersized in a while my knee starts to hurt really quick, noticed it a week ago and have been riding my bike sense and there getting better though.

So should I just keep ignoring it? I never needed surgery or anything just a splint on my whole right leg for a little over a month. My grandpa on my moms side has like perfect health but on my dads side is where I get more of my genes I think and his knees are pretty bad, he can walk but he always looks crooked and limpy and he has this plastic thing in his shoe and I don't want to end up like that so what can I do to keep my knees happy and healthy?

I want to be a day trader when im old enough, I'm 15 right now so I don't know if I can do anything with stocks because I'm a minor in the US. Does it have to do with the fact then when im stoned i can talk to other stoned people like our heads are wired up but when ever i talk to someone sober its like wtf what are u saying lol.

like the artists that sing reggae are known for smoking so maybe its that same effect because were both high?
