  • What should I replace in a computer?

    I have a 2 year old computer that is starting to work slow. I want to build a new one and this one send it to my parents. The problem is that is moving much slower than at the beginning and I want to replace some parts before sending it out. So what components should I replace? the mobo, the cpu or both? I don't want to upgrade it because is gonna be used mostly for internet browsing so it's not worth it. I just want to work as it did when I bought it. I already reinstalled the windows but it's still pretty slow. I guess some components just started to show their age cause the system is on like 16 h/day. I wait for suggestions.

    The specs are:

    Athlon 64 x2 6000+

    3 gb ddr2 667

    500 gb hdd

    integrated video and sound

    P.S. the system is HP brand

  • why my webcam isn't working?

    I have windows vista, messenger 8.1 and a new webcam. When I start my webcam my friends can't see me and also I can't see myself in the box. I get no error messages so I don't know what's the problem.
