i am flying and am taking with me quite a lot of vitamins, contraceptive pill, ointment and topical creams.....do i put this in my checked baggage as they are not life threatening medication or is it gonna look like im a drugs baron?

i am flying from heathrow to kiev and am staying with family and friends and just travelling with a uk passport as i know i dont need a visa to stay upto 90 days.....thing is i dont know exactly when i will want to come back...30..60...or 90 days so i did not want to book a return.....

i phoned the ukraine consulate and asked do i need to show a return ticket....the lady wandered off to enquire and came back and said no...will i get stopped? no, you dont need visa...but i havent got return?....no they can not stop you....if you want to stay over 90 days and need visa contact us from over there.........

great.... i thought.....just been checking out details for my flight etc and was looking at requirements went on iata site typed in ukraine and they said without a return or onward journey entry may be refused..........AAAARGH....what to believe??? dont want to be stranded on my own in kiev airport with scary customs....has anyone travelled without a return????
