When I start to turn the car on ..... during the turnover .... the car sounds like it's about to die, to the point where the mileage goes crazy. Then it kicks on and drives like normal. What could be the issue? Battery dying?

Why is that if I file Married Jointly, I can deduct the 8,000 I spent on tuition .... but if I file married/seperate, i cant?

I work normally for a normal company. My wife is a business owner. I usually do my taxes using TurboTax, and she usually does them with a bookkeeper.

If we file jointly, can we still do them seperate like that, or do we have to do them at the same time?

I've been filing head of household for years now, but I was married in 2006, but my wife didn't move in with me until November 2007.

I also helped pay for my mom's rent for a while when she was unemployed. I'm pretty sure that I can file since I helped my mom, but can I file HOH and claim my wife? She's a business owner, and after deductions, she doesn't make half what I do. I know I'll get more back if I claim HOH (1,200 for HOH, 600 for married/seperate.) Any ideas? Thanks.

I need boards, so Ive been offered Big Z from Cleveland for Rashard Lewis. Is it worth it?

I recently ordered a few computers for my father in law. I got XP on his new laptop, but got Vista on his desktop. Now, Im stressing cause I just realized I only ordered 1GB of memory on the desktop. I know that should make the computer run slow, but is it that big of a deal? Im a computer geek also, but I have no experience with Vista yet. If it is that big of a deal ... i think Im going to have him go to Frys or something instead of buying the extra memory from dell.com. Thanks!

Ok, I have the 4th pick. Our draft is Saturday. I know LT and Jackson are gone, and I am pretty sure that the guy picking 3rd is taking Larry Johnson. So, here's my pickle. I have a few guys I am considering taking, and I wanted someone else's opinion on this.
