Now, when I get an email to "make someone's day and select a best answer," I log in, but it just refuses to let me select a best answer. The page does nothing. Just sits there no matter how many times I click on, select as best answer, it does nothing. And I feel bad when I want to select someone's answer as best and give them the points, but this new stupid setup just won't let me. What's the problem?

It's not like you get anything for it. Isn't it all basically Yahoo taking Advantage of people for advertising? Have you ever noticed if you disagree with some people they report you, but they have 4 other accounts, just different names. I've been warned to avoid certain sections - especially horoscopes -because of a couple of people like that. They even send nasty emails to you personally and then deny it. Sorry, guess I asked too many questions. I just don't understand why if you really do work for YaHOO AND HAVE 5 DIFFERENT ACCOUNTS YOU WOULD ALIENATE PEOPLE AND MAKE THEM not WANT TO COME HERE. Sorry about the Caps, the key stuck. Again, why does anybody care about points and leader board if we get nothing and Yahoo makes money advertising? Thanks everybody for any and all answers.

English. I am so tired of scam sites that offer updates but only scan and then want you to upgrade and pay megabucks to install. And please, don't suggest driver max... It did find and install the update, but in GERMAN, and totally screwed up my computer so that I had to go in safe mode and roll back all the drivers it installed. Anybody? Much thanks for any suggestions. I have no sound in Windows xp. Anybody know where I can find the update, because I couldn't even find it on Intel's website. Thanks.

Am I allowed to ask if someone could please download this update for me and email it to me? I keep getting cannot find server error. I've learned I need some kind of software but it takes over 4 hours to download on dial up, and I woudn't know how to use the software anyway. Could someone please help? I need the update so I can have sound. Thank you.

and I would like to install it on my Dell laptop which has 98SE installed. How do I do it? Do I first uninstall 98se and if so how?, or will xp home just automatically install over it? Thanks, 'cause I have no clue.

Anybody else think this is hysterical? It says Bee sweet. Bee healthy. And I laugh like hell when my mom says to my dad, Yeah, Eat your honey! And my uncle got expelled from school in the 70's because he wore a T-shirt that said the same thing. On the front it showed a beehive that said Bee sweet. Bee healthy. And the back of the T-shirt said "Eat your Honey." He got expelled for 3 days for wearing the T-Shirt. Hmm-m, isn't that a copyright infringement? Honey nut Cheerios, using the same ad?

I live in a quiet upstate village. A woodchuck has dug a hole underneath my cellar and has taken up residence there ever since the flooding in upstate NY. I live right on a creek. I had a live trap set up and baited it with everything I could think of, watermelon, apples, carrots, etc. It never went into the trap. Well, I now have new neighbors across the street who think it's a game to take pot shots at him with a pellet gun. What's a way to keep him from coming back? Somebody suggested mothballs? I thought that only worked on skunks. Somebody else told me to pour bleach and ammonia in the hole to flush it out, but I'm worried about the fumes getting into the house, and I don't think poison fumes is very humane either. Please only humane answers, no cruel smart a88's. And the animal control officer only handles dogs, so. Thanks everybody.

Is it just me or is that Chelsie (forgive the spelling error) totally freaky and weird? She gives me the creeps. And she's sucking face with that old man who could be her father, the doctor. Ewwwww, anybody else think it's totally gross since she's a teenage fruitloop? And that Hope has gotta be the ugliest woman I ever saw. Why on soap operas is everybody screwing each other? What kind of moral message does that send, that it's perfectly fine to screw everybody? No wonder our teens are messed up. Sorry to rant. It just thoroughly disgusted me.

I lost all the email in my inbox. I still have my emails in outbox, deleted etc, but all the mail from the inbox is gone. I do have an Inbox.bak file though. How to I open it? I really need those emails!!! Thanks. I read on a website to rename it to what it was originally but I don't know what it was originally other than outlook express.

I can go to any website. But when I go to download.com or cnet I keep getting that little triangle that says error and the page has little boxes with red X's in them. You can read the writing though. So I'm not able to download anything from that site. And it's the only site I know of that has the 2 downloads I need - Xippee and and IE pro features download. This doesn't happen to me on any other site.

Seems to me nearly everyone I know needs glasses or contacts. Any theories as to why that is so prevalent in America?

Toshiba Tecra 8100. 700 mhz (whatever that means) P3 processor, 512 ram, 40 GB, Windows 2000 installed, and original Toshiba cd's, good battery and comes with charger. $185.00. Underneath u can either click on the q or u can click on take me to yahoo and u are directed to that website. Nothing. Cursor sits there like it's doing something, but I never leave outlook. No matter what email it is, I can't click on the links the way I used to and go there.Anybody know what happened and why? Is there something I have to reset? I get my email, but I just can't click on any of the links any more and go anywhere. I ran all the antivirus, nothing. Ran spybot and adaware, nothing.
