Must you have a broker to purchase and sell stocks? Why can't you buy them yourself, and sell them yourself?

Is there a minimum amount of money I need to buy stocks? Like bare minimum? I don't make that much per month so can I invest like $100 a week or something at a particular stock?

  • Is it too late to consider becoming a school teacher?

I just graduated college with a degree that's totally unrelated to Education (marine science). I've never taken any education courses during my undergrad. If I want to pursue the teaching field, probably math and/or sciences, what steps would I take?

I also haven't decided on what to do for graduate school yet.

    Thanks in advance!

  • Considering a Ball Python?

The only thing I'm worried about is the fact they are picky or difficult eaters. I've heard cases where some ball pythons will eat just about anything, while others can be very very picky. I would like to ONLY feed f/t mice as I'm not made of money.

Now my question is, do ALL pythons eventually go on a food strike some time in their life? How common is it for a ball python to just suddenly stop eating? This is taking into consideration temperature is optimal, food is consistent, essentially nothing has changed. I just need to know this to prepare in the future.

If it gets difficult, what are the best ways to successfully trick ball pythons into eating f/t rodents?

  • Undergrad online classes?

I simply need to take one 4-credit class (principles of economics) that I would preferably take fully online so I can transfer them to my university that I'm attending now.

Can someone point me to several specific accredited colleges that offer this? There are just way too options and it could get pretty overwhelming. I do NOT want to get into a "program". I just need one class. Help please?!

  • Hard boiled egg, silver coin, and fever?

When I was little, my mother would rub a hard boiled egg with a silver ring in the middle (yolk taken out) on my stomach and forehead whenever I had a fever. The egg AND the silver would turn black after. My mom said it was the bad energy inside you.

Well whatever the case, does anyone actually know the science as to why this happens? Been researching this and nothing conclusive shows up. The interesting thing is that the method works wonders for fevers and other related ailments.
