  • Broken Ankle Pain?

    My wife has broken her ankle a week ago and is now trying to recuperate. She has taken the normal pain killers and has elevated the foot, but there is still a lot of pain.

    What is the best way to elevate a broke foot to relieve the pain? Should the knee be higher than the foot? Visa Versa? Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

  • Faster than the Speed of Light?

    Say that I am standing on the side of the road and see a car traveling at the speed of light (c) from my right to my left. The car then turns on its headlights.

    What is the speed of the headlight light, from my point of view, traveling? c or 2c? Why?
